The school year is divided into 2 terms. Â Each term consists of 15 weeks of dance lessons.
The first term runs from September 13th, 2010 to January 15th, 2011.
The second term runs from January 16th, 2011 to May 15th, 2011.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure one on one instruction as required.
Payment is due the first week of classes in one of several ways:
A. Payment in full, with 4% discount, dated up to September 19th, 2010.
B. Semi-annual payments, dated September 1st and January 1st.
C. Monthly post-dated cheques (8 in total), dated the 1st of each month beginning September and ending April. A $25.00 surcharge will apply for this option.
- A 10% discount applies for dancers enrolled in four (4) or more classes per week. There is no additional charge for classes over and above 5 classes per week, excluding exam classes and or privates.
- Payment of fees can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa or MasterCard.
- Overdue accounts are subject to interest charges of 3% per month—minimum charge $2.50.
- A service charge of $35.00 applies to all cheques returned NSF.
- Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Enrolment is limited.
- No refunds after the 3rd week of classes, unless accompanied by a medical certificate. All refund requests must be submitted in written form.
- A non-refundable administration fee of $25.00 applies to all refunds.
- The right is reserved to alter the class schedule or substitute teachers without notice or refund.

- Individuals are asked to avoid bringing nuts and foods containing nuts and/or any type of fish to the dance studio.
- Any concerns should be brought to the attention of the Artistic Director. An appointment will be set as impromptu conversations during class times are disruptive.
- Our year end recital will be held in May at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium.
- Costumes, dance attire, show tickets, pictures and related items are the responsibility of the student and/or parents. It is not compulsory to take part in all activities of the studio. Letters requesting permission of involvement will be distributed for events as required.
